David Shafer Legal Defense Fund (the "Fund") was formed to defray the legal expenses of David Shafer, Chairman Emeritus of the Georgia Republican Party and a 2020 Republican nominee for Presidential Elector pledged to President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. Chairman Shafer was indicted by Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis along with President Trump. The Fund is organized as a Delaware limited liabiliy company. Its manager is Greg Norred. Contributions to the Fund are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
